RC-Timing 2006 v3.3.0

Version 3.3.0 of RC-Timing 2006 is now available. This contains some new features and a workaround to a critical Windows bug.

To avoid experiencing the effects of this bug, all RC-Timing 2006 users are advised to update to v3.3.0 immediately (2002/2004 users should not experience these issues, due to differences in the timing functions used).

New features:

• New 'Transponder Mappings' screen so any handout transponder can be used for any car number. This is useful if you have a dead transponder and want to use a different number to replace it.
• Option to only assign results (rather than transponder and results) on Unknown Results screen. This is useful if someone collects the wrong handout transponder.
• Members can be searched for using BRCA/ROAR number (enter 'b1234' to search for a member with BRCA number 1234).
• Warning when trying to create new member with a BRCA/Name/Transponder AND Class matching an existing member.
• Championships now allow an extra point to be given to A-Final winners (as per BRCA 1/10 Circuit 2007 rules).
• Final letter is now displayed in large font below the race time.
• Results screen now allows the Round Number to be specified for overall final results.
• "ROAR Number" can now be imported from CSV files.
• The largest minimum lap that can be set is now 60s.
• The largest maximum lap that can now be set is 120s.

Bug fixes:

• Workaround to Windows timing issues
• '<' and '>' now output correctly in HTML. This prevented class group names appearing correctly.
• Fixed a bug when trying to go straight to finals (with no qualifying rounds).
